Refunds and Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings outlined in our Terms and Conditions. See [Terms and Conditions].

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise to return it.

Orders that have items, which are no longer in stock will cancel, and a refund issued for the out of stock items.


Once an item of merchandise is received, you can return that item within ten days of delivery. Orders eligible for a refund or exchange,

  • merchandise must be unused and
  • in the same condition that you received it and
  • must be in the original packaging.  

 Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases][include any that are applicable].  These items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.


To initiate a return, please email us at  Include the order number.  We will issue you a Return Authorization number, which you must include on the shipping label.  All returns that do not include a RAN (Return Authorization Number) will be returned to you as unauthorized.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, there will be a 5%  deducted from your refund for restocking fees.  To initiate a return, please send us an email request to, of your wish to return the item, including the order number, please indicate whether you want an exchange or refund.  You will receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number).  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

We have received your valid return; We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If we accept your return, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time options of your choosing: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional terms.
